Construction Project Engineer

Alliance Construction Solutions, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to support project planning and coordination by providing business and administrative assistance. Responsibilities

Must perform site administration including subcontractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), OAC meeting minutes, permit tracking, etc
Must be able to track project documentation (RFIs, Submittals, etc.)
Must understand the project specifications
Should maintain/update the project drawing set electronically and physically
Must be able to monitor project sustainability goals, including maintaining the proper logs/documentation and reviewing products for sustainability compliance with project requirements
Must be able to assist with quality control documentation and testing, including documenting work on the building envelope, window testing, etc
Must manage the project closeout process, including the punch list, owner training materials, procuring, and tracking attic stock materials and reviewing as-builts, O&Ms, and warranty requirements
Attend safety meetings and assist crew with spotting/resolving jobsite hazards
Should be able to do other duties as assigned

Required

Must have 0-3 years of construction project engineering experience

Preferred

Should have estimating/preconstruction experience
Should have a bachelor's degree preferred in construction/architecture/engineering or equivalent experience
Construction field experience favorable
OSHA 10-Hour, first aid is favorable
