Responsibilities

Coordinate with operations and maintenance to capture requirements and translate into project scopes and deliverables
Work with external designers/A&E teams to ensure requirements are reflected in drawings and specifications
Support contractor selection and management — RFI responses, submittals, change orders, and quality inspections
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; conduct status meetings and provide updates across stakeholders
Prepare cost estimates, scopes of work, and capital expenditure requests
Ensure work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and standards throughout design and construction

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

Preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient with AutoCAD
Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal, written and presentation communications skills
Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
Experience managing small to mid-scale construction or facilities projects
Familiarity with facility infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, controls, mechanical)
Familiarity with CAD (AutoCAD or similar) for reviewing/design coordination
Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMI/PMP)
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or highly regulated environments is a plus
