This role involves leading a small team, establishing documentation standards, and managing stakeholder engagement to support future transformation efforts.

Responsibilities
Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and formatting across all workstreams
Partner closely with leaders to facilitate workshops and capture end-to-end workflows
Ensure consistency and quality across all documented processes
Act as a change leader, managing stakeholder expectations and driving alignment across functions
Coordinate closely with PMO leadership and business owners
Support future gap analysis and improvement planning once workflows are documented
Qualification
Required
Active Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Strong experience in organizational change management and process facilitation
Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale process initiatives
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working onsite in Nashville at least 3 days per week
Preferred
Experience in HR, Finance, and/or Supply Chain environments
Prior experience leading teams of process consultants or Black Belts
Large enterprise or shared services experience
