Information Technology
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2–3 support for Windows and Mac OS environments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Deliver, configure, and deploy new workstations and peripherals
Support classroom technology, including AV systems, projection, and instructional equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and classroom technology upgrades
Serve as a resource for customer training and best practices
Act as a team lead on complex projects and escalations
Communicate and track outages in the computing environment
Provide on-site desktop support and serve as an escalation point when needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on desktop support experience (Tier 2–3)
Strong customer-facing communication and professionalism
Windows OS expertise
Mac OS experience (JAMF preferred)
Troubleshooting, deployment, imaging
Active Directory, Office 365
Strong hardware support background
Preferred
ServiceNow experience
Experience supporting classroom or AV technologies
Experience working in higher education environments
Ability to work independently with limited direction
