Responsibilities
Collaborate with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver large-scale technical networking projects as well as partner with management to design, launch, and improve processes for our customers benefit
Develop reports to track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall status. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage, track, and control project issues to ensure timely delivery
Establish and maintain effective mechanisms for gathering and analyzing customer feedback on services
Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and service enhancements
Identify and prioritise key customer needs and challenges, and help develop tailored strategies to address them effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience delivering network technologies in enterprise offices, data centers, or ISP/Telco programs
Experience in Network Infrastructure, Design and Architecture
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile project management certification, or similar
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with physical deployment and troubleshooting of networking infrastructure
Experience in customer-facing roles within the technology industry, including in the networking space
