Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Clarity and Caboodle data structures
Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Build and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analytics
Ensure data quality and integrity across warehouse environments
Collaborate with EPIC application teams and reporting teams
Support production issues and enhancements
Document data models, ETL logic, and reporting structures
Qualification
Required
Active EPIC Certification in Clarity and/or Caboodle (required)
5+ years of experience working with EPIC Clarity database
5+ years of experience working with Caboodle data warehouse
5+ years of experience working with healthcare reporting and analytics
Strong SQL development skills
Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
Experience supporting healthcare analytics/reporting teams
Ability to work with business stakeholders and reporting teams
EPIC Clarity
EPIC Caboodle
SQL Server / T-SQL
ETL development and data validation
Data warehouse design
Reporting data structures
Preferred
SSIS or similar ETL tools
Power BI / Tableau / reporting tools
Healthcare domain experience
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Experience with EPIC reporting tools
Performance tuning experience
Prior experience supporting Quest Diagnostics or large healthcare systems
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery teams
