Responsibilities
Create and deliver routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Google Sheets and other business intelligence tools to track key academic metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Maintain and update data systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for school leaders and network staff
Serve as a key point of contact for data-related inquiries from schools and network teams, providing support and training to help staff effectively use and interpret data
Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes, proposing and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with school and network teams to understand their data needs and translate those needs into clear reporting and data management solutions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or data reporting role
High level of proficiency with Google Sheets and experience with a business intelligence platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to a non-technical audience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify trends, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver timely solutions
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Possesses exceptional intellectual capacity and demonstrates intellectual curiosity
Exhibits a consistent pattern of intellectual rigor, characterized by clear and concise thinking and communication
Maintains an open and receptive mindset, demonstrates self-assurance, and exhibits strong resilience in the face of challenges
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to take calculated risks
