This role focuses on validating product performance, supporting cooling and machine systems development, and ensuring quality standards are met. The engineer will collaborate closely with design, validation, and engineering teams to develop test plans, instrument machines, execute testing, and communicate results and recommendations.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute validation tests on machine systems and components
Set up and apply instrumentation (thermocouples, pressure transducers, flow meters, etc.)
Analyze test data and prepare reports with findings and recommendations
Develop sampling procedures and quality documentation for evaluation and reporting
Collaborate with design and validation teams to review results and improve product performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with Thermodynamics/Fluid Dynamics coursework
5–7 years of relevant engineering experience (internships accepted)
Strong understanding of thermodynamic systems and cooling systems
Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Preferred
Experience in machine validation or cooling test engineering
Familiarity with CAD software and engineering data analysis tools
Experience working in a proving ground or field test environment
Strong initiative and ability to lead portions of projects independently
