Responsibilities
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET 6/7/8 (C#), ASP.NET Core
Implement domain logic, validation, caching, and secure authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT)
Build data access layers using EF Core/Dapper, optimize queries, and manage migrations
Enforce clean architecture, SOLID principles, and reusable components
Conduct code reviews, refactoring, and performance tuning (async/await, pooling, GC, profiling)
Build responsive, accessible, and high‑performing React applications (Hooks, Context, modern state mgmt like Redux/RTK/Zustand)
Implement TypeScript, routing, form handling, and component libraries (Material UI/Fluent UI/AntD)
Design and deploy workloads on Azure App Service / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on .NET, React, Azure
