Required

Three (3) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to three (3) years
Territory management; scheduling; create work lists; review violations; record inspection findings in the database
This position works independently to set a work schedule and establish priorities when conflicts occur
This position must be self motivated and highly organized in managing their territory and completing consistent inspections according to adopted codes and standards
Sorting and developing territory work lists and general reports using the complex database of Jurisdiction Online. This is necessary to plan and schedule their work assignments to facilitate completion of inspections in an efficient manner, such as working in specific zip codes, upon which their territory is based
Developing an adequate association between their knowledge of the adopted codes and standards and applying it to the practical knowledge of the equipment inspected
Must be a Colorado resident at time of application
You must pass a thorough background check prior to employment which will include the E-Verify process
A motor vehicle record check will be conducted in addition to the standard background check
The person selected for this position must maintain an unrestricted Colorado driver's license and be able to operate a state vehicle for the purposes of traveling to in-state remote work sites
Candidates must be physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis during their assigned shift
Must be willing to travel to multiple counties

Preferred

Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
Experience in HVAC, Boilers or Plumbing and Heating
