The Summer 2026 Process Engineering Intern will support quality improvement efforts within the casting department, assist with process trials, and monitor casting line performance while gaining hands-on exposure to urethane chemistry and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Support quality improvement efforts within the casting department
Assist with small-scale process trials focused on temperature and process conditions
Support the development and validation of updated process settings
Help monitor casting line performance
Observe quality trends and identify recurring issues related to equipment or process stability
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Coursework or exposure to heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and/or statistics
Interest in manufacturing processes and hands-on problem solving
Ability to analyze process data and translate findings into actionable improvements
Comfort working in a plant environment and collaborating with engineers and operators
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technical concepts
