Responsibilities
Follow up with individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
Provide a positive customer service experience via Zoom or phone appointments
Explain coverage options clearly and help clients complete simple applications
Use a step-by-step process supported by training, scripts, and mentorship
Work independently from home while staying connected to a supportive remote team
5–10 hours per week on phone follow-ups and confirmations
10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, sales, education, hospitality, retail, or administrative work
Reliability and a people-focused attitude
Willingness to learn a new skill set with structured guidance
Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to a remote team
Strong customer service or people-facing experience
Self-motivated and comfortable working from home
Open to coaching and following a proven system
U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents able to pass a background check
Preferred
No previous sales or insurance background required
