Responsibilities
Scans, images and indexes documents. Verifies accuracy of data and corrects errors discovered during review or research of documents. Compares or researches incoming mail or work requests to ensure related components are put together appropriately and free of errors and duplicates. Sorts and distributes documentation appropriately
Prepares correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing. Tracks correspondence and/or packages and follows up as needed
Maintains departmental logs, spreadsheets or databases. May prepare basic reports/statistics for management on work received for production and workload assessment
Orders supplies and maintains departmental supply inventory
Assists other staff members in related duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of clerical or office support experience
Microsoft Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Basic business math, computer skills
Preferred
Mailroom Experience
Experience scanning and batching
Currier experience
Active drivers license
