Qualification
Required
Current 2027 or 2028 college graduates (graduating May/June 2027 or 2028)
Pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative fields
Interested in quantitative trading, algorithmic trading, or financial technology
Passionate about low-latency systems, high-performance computing, or systems programming
Curious about applying technical skills to solve real-world problems in fast-paced environments
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Coursework or project experience with programming languages such as C++ and Python
Understanding of data structures and algorithms
Familiarity with systems programming concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
