Responsibilities
Analyse user requirements and propose effective technical solutions
Lead development efforts across UI, business logic, database, and reporting layers
Design and develop applications using VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, XML, SQL Server, and SSRS within Visual Studio
Ensure accessibility compliance (HTML/CSS) and adherence to coding/database standards
Design databases and support data migration activities
Use Azure DevOps for source control, work item tracking, testing, and documentation
Perform unit and regression testing; resolve defects

Required
