Responsibilities
Install and perform maintenance on patient simulators at different medical-related customer sites such as Hospitals and Universities
Travel within the greater area of their specified market to ensure the simulators are working properly by performing preventive maintenance
Qualification
Required
Base-level IT knowledge (experience is preferred but not required)
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, IP addressing)
Must be well‑versed with Windows 11
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO TRAVEL MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
Good electronics aptitude is a huge plus
Strong customer service skills (this is key)
Ideal for recent graduates; difficult to do this role while attending classes or having other weekly commitments
Reliable form of transportation
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE AN IKM ASSESSMENT TO QUALIFY
(Very similar to a CompTIA A+ assessment)
