Responsibilities
Provide escalated level IT partnership for internal employees implementing, maintaining, and enhancing IT infrastructure
Provide technical support, ensuring world-class customer satisfaction, adherence to company policies and enforcing company standards
Utilize IT best practices and ServiceNow platform focusing on technologies support and deployment of computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, applications, and handheld scanners
Participate in IT related projects and deployments as needed
Provide support during normal business hours, as well as occasional after-hours support
Qualification

Adhere to company policies and enforce company standards

Remote flexibility two days per week
