Responsibilities
Develop and execute the vulnerability management roadmap, governance models, and secure development practices
Oversee vulnerability assessments and remediation across infrastructure, applications, and third-party ecosystems
Ensure adherence to internal security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Drive cross-functional coordination to prioritize, track, and resolve systemic vulnerabilities
Act as the primary liaison between cybersecurity, engineering, IT operations, and business units to align priorities and ensure clear communication
Translate technical risks into business impact and provide actionable guidance to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
Provide executive-level briefings on risk posture, remediation progress, and program performance
Lead training and workshops to elevate organizational awareness of vulnerability management and secure coding practices
Define and track KPIs such as remediation SLAs, vulnerability aging, risk scoring trends, and program maturity indicators
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms tailored for both technical and business audiences
Continuously assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on measurable outcomes and threat landscape changes
Qualification
Required
8 - 10+ years of proven program management experience in cybersecurity or vulnerability management
Strong understanding of vulnerability management tools, processes, and lifecycle
Familiarity with industry frameworks and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
