Required

8+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
Strong proficiency in AL development (extensions, customizations, reports, pages, codeunits)
Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including: Advanced T-SQL development, Stored procedures, views, indexing, performance tuning, Database design and optimization
Extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS): Designing and maintaining ETL packages, Data transformation and migration, Scheduling and deployment
Proven experience integrating BC/NAV with external systems such as: CRM systems, E-commerce platforms, WMS/3PL systems, Payment gateways, REST/SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, and data validation
Experience working with APIs (REST, OData, SOAP) and web services
Knowledge of Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Logic Apps) is a plus
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across application and database layers
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred

Experience in multi-entity or multi-company BC environments
Background in data warehousing or business intelligence
Experience with cloud-based integrations and hybrid environments
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, SQL Server, or Azure (preferred)
