Accurately enter data associated with Efficiency Maine rebate claim requests
Follow documented processes with great attention to detail
Professionally communicate with homeowners and contractors to resolve various rebate processing-related issues
Provide program information and support to the general public and program contractors
Answer and route incoming calls using VoIP system
Attend staff meetings and other program support
Complete special projects as assigned
