Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of clinic operations, documentation, and workflows to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and payer requirements
Monitor adherence to clinical and administrative protocols
Identify deviations or inefficiencies and collaborate with management to develop corrective action plans
Assist with the implementation of new policies, workflows, and technologies to enhance operational performance
Support onboarding and training of clinical and administrative staff in operational best practices
Serve as a resource for clinic teams regarding standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collect and analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to align operational processes with clinical quality initiatives
Participate in process improvement projects to streamline workflows and improve patient care outcomes
Prepare detailed audit reports and summarize findings for leadership review with such tools as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Monday.com and Power BI
Communicate recommendations effectively and support follow-up to ensure sustained improvement
Facilitate feedback loops between clinical teams and leadership to promote continuous process optimization
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare quality, or compliance within a clinic or health system setting
Experience with auditing, process improvement, or workflow analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
Preferred
Experience with Monday.com and Power BI
