Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets
Support senior analysts in developing predictive and descriptive analytics models
Document analysis processes, methodologies, and findings
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to data processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics or related quantitative field
Graduation year: 2025 or 2026 only
Strong foundational knowledge of statistics and data analysis concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python or R
Understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Academic or internship experience in data analysis projects
Knowledge of databases and data warehousing concepts
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
