Application Support Analyst

The Application Support Analyst will support non-Epic applications within the Conemaugh Health System, coordinating with team members to ensure system functionality and compliance while providing user support and documentation.

Completes routine activities related to system management and maintenance
1st level support for end user application issues related to access/roles
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Associates degree preferred or 5 or more years of healthcare experience
Minimum of two (2) years of related or transferable Compliance/ Risk experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in a healthcare preferred
