Evaluation processes and develop ways to improve
Optimize Material Flow
Troubleshoot issues and develop counter measures and solutions
Collaborate with team on completing root cause analysis and creating 8Ds
Attend Meeting and document via meeting minutes
Collaborate in team activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Having graduated within the past 12 months or currently attaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics or in a related Engineering field required
Experience in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Supplier Quality is a plus
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Visio, PowerBI is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient working in a multi-cultural environment
Desire for continuous development and learning opportunities
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Languages: Spanish and/or German is a plus but not a requirement
Specific areas of interest are logistics, procurement, order management, supplier development & supplier quality
Applicants must be able to work full-time at the plant
Preferred
Currently enrolled in University, in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree, or recent graduate
A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
Available for a minimum of 6 months
