Responsibilities

Act as the central driver and coordinator across all teams
Organize and "herd" multiple stakeholder groups, including:
Customer Support
Backend infrastructure teams
Component and telemetry teams
Privacy and platform teams
Drive discovery to execution:
Clarify requirements
Identify integration points
Define technical dependencies
Own delivery artifacts:
Epics and business requirements in Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Risk tracking and escalation
Process documentation (e.g., RACI)
Transition ownership from Brian Prince, who will remain available for support and context

Required

Comfortable discussing: Cloud infrastructure, Backend systems, Windows / PC modules, Push notifications and telemetry
Able to ask the right technical questions and drive detailed execution
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Access required to manage epics, requirements, and cross-team workflows
