Responsibilities
Chargeback Administrative Support: Manage and process chargeback documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing operational data; maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics
Supply Chain Coordination: Support communication of accurate supply chain visibility to internal teams and customers
Database Management: Maintain and validate data in internal systems and customer portals
Ad-hoc Projects: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Sales, or any other related majors
Knowledge in data mining, analysis and associated software management skill with a strong attention to detail
Curious, ambitious and outgoing personality for daily interaction with multiple organizations
Proficient in Excel
Available to work in the mornings from about 8:30 am - 1:00 pm. We can be flexible with your schedule, but the morning work shift is mandatory
