Responsibilities

Perform regular gradebook checks for syllabus compliance
Create, review, and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books
Coordinate with Scheduling to ensure crewmembers are scheduled for ground or ancillary training
Consolidate, maintain, and post a printable schedule of training events and classes
Prepare periodic training/testing plans
Prepare slides or other needed products for squadron Chief Training Officer approval for use in updates to squadron leadership
Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for the unit Operations Supervisor (or equivalent)

Qualification

DoD operational experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteComputer based training systemsSharePointCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Tier 3 Background Investigation
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor or civilian)
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to operate the following systems/programs: Computer based training and integrated management system (TIMS,GTIMS, and PEX), SharePoint websites and communities of practice
