Automotive Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written correspondence
Provide product-related technical support and troubleshooting guidance
Process product and service orders, including RMAs
Maintain accurate documentation within CRM/ERP systems
Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing order and invoice records
Ensure timely and accurate order entry and follow-through
Maintain professionalism and strong customer engagement at all times
Support internal team operations as needed
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in automotive customer service, inside sales, or technical support
Strong understanding of technical specifications and product troubleshooting
Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
Experience with ERP/CRM systems and documenting technical cases
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Analytical problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Preferred
Associate's Degree preferred
Electromechanical aptitude highly preferred
