Responsibilities
Operate and maintain CNC machines with precision and care
Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure seamless production processes
Interpret technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures
Uphold safety protocols and quality standards in every task
Collaborate with mentors and teammates to foster a supportive learning environment
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of work experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Basic math and problem-solving skills
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. using proper ergonomic procedures
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manual machining tools
Exposure to band saws, drill presses, and hand tools
Vo-tech training or coursework in machining, welding, auto mechanics, or electrical work
Autonomous problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
