Responsibilities
Direct, coordinate, supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors
Oversee proper placement and repair of fiber cable and site restoration activities
Ensure work is completed according to contract requirements, safety standards, and production goals
Maintain daily production sheets and required reporting
Inspect trucks and equipment for safety and operational compliance
Participate in daily and weekly calls with operations leadership and customers
Resolve field and customer complaints
Maintain positive working relationships internally and externally
Supervise QC activities on active fiber construction sites
Monitor safety, quality, and production metrics
Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and operations teams
Perform field inspections in varying weather conditions
Support after-hours, weekend, emergency, or on-call work as required
Qualification
Required
Strong fiber build experience
Wireline OSP construction experience (wireless-only backgrounds will not be considered)
Construction Engineering or equivalent field experience
5+ years of experience within telecommunications or utility construction/maintenance
Preferred
Prior QC, inspection, or supervisory experience
CDL preferred
Experience working with subcontractors and multiple crews
