Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and deploy AEC applications (Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, ESRI, and others)
Lead administration tasks, including permissions, automation routines, and configuration
Troubleshoot escalated application issues and coordinate with software vendors
Develop and execute test plans for new releases and updates
Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions
Create system architecture diagrams and documentation
Mentor and support junior IT applications staff
Partner with internal teams to improve system workflows, data management, and user experience
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting engineering/design applications
Strong expertise in Autodesk, Bentley, Hexagon, ESRI, or similar AEC tools
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
Strong communication abilities and comfort working with users at all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CAD, Engineering, or equivalent experience
