Responsibilities
Travel to client sites in the area to perform on-site service
Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
Act as a specialist for all chromatography instruments used in all applications, including semiconductor, process analytical and lab
Qualification
Required
Experience troubleshooting chromatography equipment
Laboratory instrument/chemistry knowledge
Technical experience to solve customers' instrumentation issues
Perform simple-to-complex repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, certification, refresher training, and more on company instruments
Act as a specialist for all chromatography instruments used in all applications, including semiconductor, process analytical and lab
3 + years experience working hands-on with analytical instruments or process equipment
Exposure to chromatography (HPLC, GC or IC)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to travel regionally (approx. 50%)
Valid driver license
Preferred
BS higher preferred in chemistry or related STEM studies
