Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle data migration initiatives, including execution, release coordination, and stabilization
Own and enhance integrated MS Project plans (task sequencing, dependencies, milestones, critical path)
Drive accountability across technical & business teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Manage multiple concurrent releases and shared workstreams
Facilitate governance routines: status reporting, risks/issues, exec updates, escalations
Prepare polished written status reports and executive presentations
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation paths proactively
Partner with PMO leadership, architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders
Use VersionOne for execution tracking when applicable
Qualification
Required
M&A project support (system consolidation, data rationalization, integrations, divestitures)
Extensive experience leading enterprise projects/programs in complex or regulated environments
Preferred
PMP strongly preferred
