Responsibilities

Own and optimize GTM systems supporting relationship-driven sales
Manage CRM, marketing automation, proposal automation, and CLM tools
Ensure system usability for teams operating at high volume
Maintain data integrity and operational rigor
Design scalable workflows for both Sales and Marketing
Reduce manual effort across GTM motions
Improve cross-functional handoffs
Continuously refine workflows as the business scales
Build GTM and RevOps dashboards and reports
Deliver actionable insights to leadership
Support ad-hoc analysis and executive-ready outputs
Translate complex data into clear recommendations
Lead initiatives from requirements capture to execution
Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
Iterate and improve systems post-launch
Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree required
Minimum 4 years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
Hands-on experience as an individual contributor
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Strong experience with Professional Services Automation Tools
Strong experience with CLM tools (DocuSign, Adobe, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills (models, formulas, pivots)
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce executive-ready materials
Ability to comfortably move between people-centric and data-centric work
Outcome-focused mindset with high ownership and accountability
Excited by rapid scale and ambiguity; does not require predictability to perform well
