This internship offers exposure to the operational side of healthcare, allowing interns to assist with administrative tasks and contribute to projects that support the delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Asset/Inventory Management & Product Lifecycle
Rapid Deployment & Technology Refresh (Builds, Installations, & Decommissioning)
IS&T Support Terminology and "Playbook" of workflows
Understanding Customer Service/Support in a Health Care environment
Assist with special projects related to process improvement, program planning, or departmental goals
Conduct basic research and summarize findings for use in planning or decision-making
Data Analysis & Asset Utilization through Power BI
Understanding Data to improve/adjust technology strategies
Assist with internal communication efforts and informational materials
Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries or routing questions appropriately
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions with observations or feedback
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Computer Science preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
