Responsibilities
Lead and deliver infrastructure and modernization projects
Implement and support:
Network & firewall solutions
Server and VMware upgrades
Microsoft 365 & Azure migrations
Cloud deployments (Azure; AWS a plus)
Act as a technical lead during project delivery
Collaborate with MSP teams and customer success
Participate in occasional onsite travel as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years in system engineering
Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider
Strong experience with: Firewalls: Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto, Barracuda
VMware virtualization
Azure (required); AWS (nice to have)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Adaptable, client-focused, and culture-driven
Preferred
AWS (nice to have)
