Responsibilities

Overall accountability for a team of up to 7 Managing Directors (MD) that oversee Workplace Investing client relationships
Establishing, upholding, and expanding solid and dependable client connections with important decision-makers, influencers, and C-suite committee members
Building, deepening, and strengthening relationships with 13-15 Advisor teams
Serving as the key relationship contact for these Advisor teams within Fidelity
Overseeing a team of service-oriented employees and partners across the Fidelity organization to address both plan sponsor and advisor client demands and challenges
Assisting institutional clients in running a successful benefits program to enhance the welfare of their staff
Leading multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, balancing the needs of the client, the advisor, and the organization
Providing leadership and support for all client re-pricing, renewal, and competitive rebid activity on team
Collaborating with the MD, Sales (when applicable) and other business partners in these retention activities
Driving engagement with internal business leaders in joint planning and client strategies to deliver upon desired outcomes
Serving as functional liaison for optimally representing client and organizational interests with senior leaders across Fidelity
Coaching and mentoring to provide continued career development and evaluate performance
Proactively nurturing relationships with desired feeder organizations (internal and external) to produce and maintain a talent pipeline
Ensuring that team is aligned with all appropriate rules and regulations
Developing, deepening, and strengthening advisor team relationships; partnering with business partners across Sales (Core and Mid/Large) and Consultant Relations, and Relationship Management across all segments to grow advisor’s relationship with Fidelity, focusing on multi-product and new business development

Required

People Management required
Hold or complete series 7, 24 & 63 exams within 90 days of hire
Strong proven negotiation skills spanning sophisticated financial and service delivery related topics, both internal and client facing
Ability to navigate and influence executive level business leaders, both internal and client facing across multiple functions and businesses
Strong revenue management and overall financial acuity
Lead multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities, balancing the needs of the client, the advisor, and the organization
Leadership, mentoring, and career developments skills with a tenured team of professionals
Validated consultative sales skills
Experienced presentation, meeting management, and interpersonal skills
In partnership with the Core Market Concierge Segment Leadership, develop and execute strategy and goals for the organization that produce year-over-year profitability
Accountable for retention, client loyalty, and revenue opportunities of assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong client relationships (along with the MD), including multiple constituencies including HR, Treasury, Legal, and Procurement
Serve as a senior point of contact for key Plan Sponsor and Advisor clients; address client issues and mitigate risk
Provide leadership and support for all client re-pricing, renewal, and competitive rebid activity on team. Collaborate with the MD, Sales (when applicable) and other business partners in these retention activities
Drive engagement with internal business leaders in joint planning and client strategies to deliver upon desired outcomes
