Responsibilities
Responsible for the management, development and overall operations of multiple programs serving youth and families in the Alexandria Region
Ensuring that program services are in compliance with all licensing and funding agency guidelines
Involves program development, assessments, planning, scheduling, and meeting program goals and objectives
Meets regularly with program staff, state agencies, consumers and their families
Manages the approved program budgets and takes appropriate action to maintain the fiscal soundness of the various programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a human services field
Minimum of two years' experience in human services
Excellent organizational skills
Public relations skills
Verbal and written communications skills
Minimum of two years' experience managing staff
Valid driver's license
Current liability insurance
Access to a reliable vehicle in safe operating condition with a current inspection sticker
