Responsibilities
Lead detailed site scheduling and optimization with Operations, PMs, CMs, Project Controls, and Major Projects teams
Identify, monitor, and escalate schedule risks and interdependencies (permits, materials, outages, overlaps)
Maintain critical path logs (materials, outages, tasks) and recommend risk mitigation
Analyze scopes/contracting strategies and recommend efficiencies (e.g. consolidate subcontractors, optimize equipment)
Own site plot plans, workspace allocation, and coordination across all scopes/groups
Flag construction interferences, safety risks from congestion, laydown needs, and road closures
Integrate outage requirements with Operations and provide portfolio-level risk/opportunity insights
Serve as central point of contact for all facility schedules, reports, and risk data
Provide QA/guidance to other planners and develop department processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent
7+ years in project management, construction, or project controls
Strong experience in industrial project scheduling, sequencing, and optimization
Knowledge of pipeline/process facility operations, outage management, and relevant codes/standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
