Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex OneStream implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and client satisfaction
Strategic Advisory: Partner with client executives to define roadmaps, optimize processes, and unlock the full value of the OneStream platform
Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical mastery
Practice Growth: Contribute to the evolution of internal best practices, thought leadership, and pre-sales activities to drive firm growth
Quality Assurance: Act as the final checkpoint for solution design, ensuring all deliverables meet the firm’s rigorous standards
Qualification
Required
Deep OneStream Expertise: A proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle implementations, with deep functional knowledge in either Consolidation or Planning
Financial Acumen: A strong background in Accounting or Finance is essential
Leadership Presence: The ability to command a room, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead teams with empathy and authority
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS
Preferred
Consulting DNA: Significant experience within the OneStream partner ecosystem or a top-tier advisory firm is highly preferred
A CPA license is highly desirable
OneStream Lead Architect Certification is desirable
