Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IRM/GRC modules
Lead API strategy and implementation, including:
Building and managing internal APIs
Integrating with external APIs and third-party systems
Supporting API lifecycle governance and contract management
Develop and maintain secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams to support governance initiatives through automation and workflow enhancements
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integrations and workflows
Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, security, and maintainability
Document designs, configurations, and integration patterns clearly for internal teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience working with the Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) module
Extensive experience designing and implementing APIs, including:
REST-based integrations
Internal API development
External API consumption
API contract management
Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise architecture
Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Experience integrating with One Identity APIs
Hands-on experience with Kafka event streaming, including:
Consuming events
Implementing or designing event-driven architectures
Experience building or modernizing event streaming systems
Familiarity with secure integration practices in regulated environments
