Technical Project Manager
StaffTen International Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead performance-driven projects or defined components of large-scale programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering IT projects successfully.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage performance projects or specific segments of larger programs
Direct and supervise project support resources to ensure timely and successful execution
Manage projects through design, implementation, and testing phases
Utilize project and program management tools to track work plans, risks, issues, and dependencies
Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders
Conduct project meetings and facilitate issue resolution and risk management discussions
Ensure compliance with project scope, timelines, quality standards, and organizational policies
Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience required
Strong planning and scheduling skills using tools such as Microsoft Project
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
Proven experience managing and guiding cross-functional project teams
Strong issue resolution and risk management expertise
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of progressive IT experience
8+ years of hands-on project management experience
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
