Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across remote and cloud-based environments
Manage and maintain systems, servers, and applications to ensure optimal performance and security
Monitor and respond to IT service requests, incidents, and tickets in a timely manner
Assist with deployment, patching, and configuration management of systems and devices
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning and access control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT best practices and process improvements
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or Technical Support Engineer
Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux environments, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
