This role is responsible for maintaining dashboards, validating data, and delivering executive reporting packages in collaboration with security teams and analytics stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Execute recurring metric refresh cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Maintain reporting calendars and track deliverables, dependencies, and exceptions
Maintain dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), including refresh validation and formatting consistency
Produce executive and operational reporting packages (scorecards, risk reports)
Perform data quality validation (variance analysis, logic checks, missing data flags)
Document metric definitions, calculations, and source systems
Support metric change requests (threshold updates, enhancements, governance approvals)
Assist with audit support and preparation of reporting artifacts
Provide narrative summaries explaining trends, drivers, and required actions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, cybersecurity support, IT risk, or compliance
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
High attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with cybersecurity domains (SOC/IR, Vulnerability, IAM, Security Awareness)
Experience with security tooling data sources (ServiceNow, Archer, Splunk/Sentinel, Tenable/Qualys)
Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001)
