Responsibilities
Lead Level 1–5 commissioning activities across electrical and/or mechanical systems
Manage commissioning engineers and third-party Cx agents on-site
Review and approve commissioning scripts, procedures, and documentation
Drive readiness for energization and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
Coordinate closely with GCs, OEMs, subcontractors, and end-users
Track deficiencies, ensure corrective actions, and manage close-out
Provide structured reporting and progress updates to stakeholders
Protect schedule and system performance through disciplined execution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading commissioning on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear
Strong understanding of chillers, CRAH/CRAC, cooling towers
Strong understanding of BMS and control systems
Experience managing multi-disciplinary commissioning teams
Confident operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Willingness to travel or mobilize to U.S. project sites
