Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end startup and mobilization for new national account sites

Deploy to assigned markets to support launches and establish operations

Partner with Recruiting and Compliance to approve and onboard new hires

Conduct in-person onboarding, training, and issue uniforms/equipment

Serve as liaison between Recruiting, Operations, and Client Stakeholders

Communicate schedules, expectations, and post orders clearly

Support sites through initial launch, monitoring attendance, performance, and compliance

Resolve startup gaps and transition stabilized sites to local operations leadership

Ensure all documentation, licensing, training, and compliance requirements are met

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in security operations, field operations, or account startup preferred

Experience supporting national or multi-site accounts strongly preferred

Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills

Comfortable leading in-person onboarding meetings and training sessions

Ability to travel nationally on short notice

Strong communication skills with frontline personnel and client representatives

Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activations simultaneously

Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Training certifications within the security industry preferred
