Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for corporate facilities and workplace design initiatives
Manage renovation and build-out projects for office spaces, event areas, and specialty environments
Serve as the primary point of coordination with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Ensure alignment with business needs, safety standards, and operational requirements
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support seamless project execution
Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion
Provide clear communication and status updates to leadership as needed

Required

Strong understanding of construction processes, interior design coordination, and vendor management
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while managing multiple stakeholders
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
