Assembly & Test Operator - 1st Shift
Parker Aerospace develops technologies and innovative solutions for the aviation industry. They are seeking an Assembly & Test Operator to perform routine assembling and testing functions in a production environment, ensuring product conformance to specifications and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities
Required to hand deburr
Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule
Produce and inspect assemblies for complete conformance to specification
Rework malfunctions disclosed by test data
Record test results on data forms
Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications and quality directives
Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area
May be required to run automatic weld machine
Perform other related responsibilities
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or equivalent
1-3 years assembly/test or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities
Must demonstrate manual dexterity
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Must be able to read and understand blueprints
Working knowledge of machine shop mathematics
Must demonstrate effective English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
