Responsibilities

Assist in supplier identification, evaluation, and selection to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Develop a database to create successful Requests for Quotes (RFQs) with high award ratio
Support the development of Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
Analyze supplier cost structures, market trends, and spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and ensure seamless communication
Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost, and propose improvement initiatives as needed
Assist in supplier relationship management activities, including issue resolution and risk mitigation
Generate reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress and findings to key stakeholders

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
