Responsibilities
Design and evolve cloud platforms for large-scale data ingestion and processing
Build end-to-end pipelines: edge/system → cloud → analytics / ML → deployment
Reason about consistency models, failure modes, scalability and observability
Design DevOps / DevSecOps foundations as system properties, not afterthoughts
Own long-term architectural decisions used by multiple senior engineering teams
Collaborate closely with engineers working on AI, autonomy and embedded systems
Qualification
Required
Research-level understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms or data infrastructure
Ability to explain why an architecture works, not just how it is implemented
Experience designing platforms that others build entire products or programs on
Strong grounding in reliability, security, data lineage and system evolution
Comfort acting as technical authority in ambiguous, high-impact environments
Willingness to relocate to the USA
